Michelle joined Couto in 2019 as an Appt Center & Office Manager. She graduated high school in Somerset and is passionate about fashion design and enjoys grabbing coffee at Lolly's.
James Sales Manager
James joined Couto in 2018 as a Sales Manager. A high school alum from both Taunton and Easthampton, he's an avid gym-goer who enjoys golfing and competing in triathlons.
Nicholas Sales Associate
Nicholas joined Couto in 2020 in Sales. A high school graduate from New Bedford who hits the gym and loves reading, you might catch him at St. James Pub.
Mariana Project Coordinator
Mariana joined our team in 2019 and has 6 years of industry experience, which started when she moved to America. She loves spending time with her kids and her favorite spot in town is Nuno's Restaurant.
Tyler Sales Associate
Tyler joined Couto in 2020 in Sales. A high school alum from Fairhaven who loves watching the Red Sox and played collegiate lacrosse, he can often be found at Ice House.
Corey Sales Associate
Corey joined Couto in 2020 in Sales. A high school alum from Barrington and golf enthusiast, he's a coffee connoisseur who enjoys Pizza Marvin.
Kameron Production Coordinator
Kameron joined the Couto team in 2022 and has 3 years of experience. He loves grabbing a bite at Mirasol's Cafe in Dartmouth and traveling in his free time.
Eric Sales Associate
Eric joined Couto in 2023 in Sales. A high school graduate from Fall River who hits the gym and is proud of his first-generation Portuguese heritage, you might find him at Nunos.
Meagan Marketing Coordinator
Meagan joined Couto in 2024 as a Marketing Coordinator. She is a Portsmouth high school alum who loves crafting and DIY projects, you can often find her grabbing a coffee at Junk & Java in Westerly.
Michael Multimedia Specialist
Michael joined the Couto team as a multimedia specialist in 2024 and has 5 years of video experience. He loves playing basketball, hikes, and filming in his free time. His favorite spot to stop at is Town Donut Shop in Dartmouth.
Miah Production Administrative Assistant
Miah joined Couto in 2017 as a Production Administrative Assistant. A graduate of a high school in Dartmouth, she loves shopping and eating, and you can catch her at Fiesta Mexican Restaurant.

Tiler joined Couto in 2023 as an Estimator. A Fairhaven high school alum with a Kentucky state youth bowling record, he enjoys grabbing a bite at Fieldstone Farm Market.
Tian Scheduler
Tian joined Couto in 2021 as a Scheduler. An alum of a high school in New Bedford who loves coloring and was a dancer for over 12 years, she frequently visits The Baker.
Matt Sales Associate
Mat joined Couto in 2018 as a Sales Manager. He graduated from high school in Dartmouth, hits the gym and competes in men's physique shows, and he likes dining at Brazilian Grill.
Rob Sales Associate
Rob joined Couto in 2021 as an Estimator. He's an alum of a highschool in Dartmouth who loves golf, he can often be found at Farm & Coast.

Kylie joined the team in 2024 and has over 4 years of experience. She is an alum of a high school in New Bedford and recommends The Dipper Cafe if you're looking for top-tier pizza.
Evan Sales Associate
Evan joined Couto in 2024 as an Estimator. A high school graduate from Fall River who loves watching and playing sports, he once appeared on an episode of Judge Judy and enjoys Den Den Korean Fried Chicken.
Miguel Bookkeeper
Miguel joined the Couto team in 2024 with 3 years of industry experience. Is favorite spot is Nook Cafe in Fairhaven. His loves weightlifting and snowboarding, and can solve a Rubik's cube in 60 seconds.
Caitlin Sales Associate
Caitlin joined Couto in 2024 as an Estimator. A New Bedford high school graduate who loves anything outdoors, she enjoys crafting and frequents JoJo's Coffee Truck.

Jason joined the Couto team in 2024 and brings 7 years of industry experience. Jason loves bulldogs, going to concerts, and grabbing a bite at Mews Tavern in South Kingston.
Jeremy Project Manager
Jeremy joined Couto in 2025 and brings over 30 years of experience to the team. His favorite local spot to eat at is Antonio's. In his free time, he enjoys playing drums with his band, golfing, or cooking.
