The roof was about 25 yrs. old and we'd had many other problems with it - he confirmed that replacing most of it was the best solution. He gave us a presentation on his laptop, making all the options clear and costs transparent. We were left feeling impressed, but not pressured into anything.

After considering 3 quotes for replacing 11 windows in our mobile home, we chose Couto Construction. We wanted a quality product, good workmanship and reasonable pricing ( hard to find today) the quality of the windows is outstanding and we are very pleased with how they look, not only on the inside, but the outside as well with our siding neatly replaced & very attractive window trim. The whole transaction with Couto was outstanding -from the sales rep ( Sean) who was so polite, respectful & informative, to the office staff ( again so pleasant & helpful) to the installers .(Logan & Andrew ) who were extremely talented & meticulous with the installation of the windows. They explained everything they were doing & why, asked me if I had any questions, constantly checked with me to make sure I was comfortable with virtually ever step or adjustment, etc. I simply can Not convey how polite & professional EVERY SINGLE PERSON was, that I had. contact with. The supplies were delivered & neatly stored in the back yard, before setting up the outside work station, we were asked permission for the area we preferred, ALL debris was cleared away EVERY day-both inside and outside -including vacuuming the floors. They truly were amazing, and their workmanship top notch professional. Again, I can't say enough how pleasant, polite & helpful the entire staff was, and what an enjoyable experience it was. The project manager (Carlos) even came to check on the progress-so helpful & patient & informative! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing ANY kind of work-I know I certainly will in the future & im soooo glad I found them. Oh, I almost forgot -of the 3 estimates -theirs was the best product, best value & best price too. JACKPOT!!!!
