We were having trouble with a prior roof from another company done 10 years ago. We called Couto and from the first moment until the completion of the new roof they were excellent. They explained the installation process. Showed and explained the quality of the products. Explained the warranty. Flew a drone over the house to show us the existing damage. Had all the products and dumpster delivered the day before the job. They arrived on time with a crew of about 6, and the crew worked super hard. They were able to complete our three family big house in one day! They cleaned up everything taking special care for any stray nails with a magnet. Super professional and when it was all finished we met with the supervisor to go over everything and make sure we were happy before we made the last payment. I would highly recommend Couto Construction to everyone.

Couto construction was quick, efficient and cleaned up immediately. I have a 64' long ranch but they stripped and replaced my roof, including the chimney and pipe flashing and boots. The project supervisor Cesar checked on everything, was easy to reach and did a full walk through inspection after completion before final payment. 99% of the work was done in one day and they removed the dumpster the next morning. After they were done I have not found one nail. I would recommend their services based on my own experience.

I had my roof done by Couto construction today. Joshua Romao came out a little over a week ago to inspect and measure for a quote and was equipped to give me a precise project cost right then and there. He had with him all the options available as show pieces and did a great job of explaining the process and helping me choose the best package for me. The price was comparable to local competition and even a bit on the lower side of others. I signed an agreement a few days later and expected my roof to be replaced in about 4 weeks.
