Everything was great right from the start to the end. Sean (salesman) came to house to give me a quote. He was very professional, had all the products that were to be used with him and explained the entire process from start to finish. Next the office called me to confirm the quote was accepted and once again explain the entire project and gave me an estimate of 2 to 3 weeks for the project to begin and that I would be getting another call to confirm when the exact date would be. I got a call a few days later to schedule the job in 2 weeks. Day of the job work crew showed up exactly on time, they did an excellent job, were very respectful of my property and kept everything super clean and organized. Brian (job foreman) answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He came back the next day after job was complete to inspect one last time and make sure I was satisfied and there were no outstanding issues. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to hire Couto Construction again.
