Claudio, David, Carlos, Rickey, Marianna, and Lori, hopefully I did not leave anyone out, Worked with us EVERY step of the way!! From the first day that we met Claudio and David, we knew that the Couto family and our family would be joined together. The project was thoroughly discussed, we and they made suggestions and changes during the project. The contract was absolutely written to include EVERYTHING! I liked that because I referred to the contract many times during the project. I was amazed that at no point was stressed out, which is VERY unusual for me. I relaxed and trusted for once in my life. We really appreciated the App they use doing the process to keep you up-to-date on progress and any issues they find. Cesar was very attentive to any questions we had or issues uncovered during the job. We can't say enough positive things about the work ethic, and quality of work Cesar's crew did. Their attention to detail was great. They showed up on time daily, kept the site tidy, and finished the job faster than we expected.

I called Couto construction for a quote on a new roof and was amazed at how well organized they were and fast. I had called three different companies and they were the only ones to respond and on a Saturday too. The people that answered were both polite and professional, we arranged a meeting the following week and they double checked the day before that I was going to be there. Nick was the estimator and he showed up on time, was very professional and gave us a reasonable quote after walking us through everything that was going to be done. We agreed on the price and two weeks later we had a new roof. The crew was amazing. Richie was the supervisor and he walked me around explaining how it was going to go. The owner showed up and checked in on everything. They were super fast and after two days it was all cleaned up like they had never been there. We did an underlay that looked fantastic the first day and the shingle/trim and gutters the second. It looks great and worthevery penny. Next year we're going with them to do the windows. Thanks guys! Great job!

A few months ago we reached out to Couto about a leak in our kitchen ceiling. They sent their salesperson Jason Arruda who gave us a thorough assessment of the situation. The roof was about 25 yrs. old and we'd had many other problems with it - he confirmed that replacing most of it was the best solution. He gave us a presentation on his laptop, making all the options clear and costs transparent. We were left feeling impressed, but not pressured into anything.
