Couto's people are friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The "system" they have in place makes the process streamlined, easy and efficient. They kept in constant communication before, prior and after the job was done. Thanks to the hard working crew, Primo's. Vic and Luis, they are two of the hardest working construction workers. Maestros at their craft working from morning to evening in the full blaze of the sun during unusual spring heat. Courteous and respectful always checking in with me in the morning to inform me of what would be accomplished that day and in the evening going over their work and discuss what would take place the following day. If there was anything that I wanted address they would promptly take action. Thank you for all your hard work and making my porch look like the cover of an architectural magazine.

Everything was great right from the start to the end. Sean (salesman) came to house to give me a quote. He was very professional, had all the products that were to be used with him and explained the entire process from start to finish. Next the office called me to confirm the quote was accepted and once again explain the entire project and gave me an estimate of 2 to 3 weeks for the project to begin and that I would be getting another call to confirm when the exact date would be. I got a call a few days later to schedule the job in 2 weeks. Day of the job work crew showed up exactly on time, they did an excellent job, were very respectful of my property and kept everything super clean and organized. Brian (job foreman) answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He came back the next day after job was complete to inspect one last time and make sure I was satisfied and there were no outstanding issues. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to hire Couto Construction again.

The presentation was incredible and very helpful with all the sale techniques and details that their representative showed me. My project manager Carlos was amazing when it came to being on point with every little detail. The crew worked great under his supervision. The clean up job at the end left my house looking better than before they started. I will use this company everytime I need anything external done with my house. As a business owner myslef, you come to appreciate customer service to the level it should be given at. Our world lacks this right now and today I was given an experience that sets this company apart from any other. Cesar was punctual with his team. Communicated all aspects with me throughout the day. I felt like I was on the roof with him. He was honest with me and to the customer that speaks volumes. You can't put a price on someone who is genuine and honest and treats you with how you would want to be treated if you were the customer. He is a true asset to couto and they are Blessed to have him. I would hands down recommend to book couto and request Cesar as your project manager. I will promise you that you will not be disappointed. He will take your worries and concerns away and put you at ease and you can trust him. I feel very fortunate to have met him today and shared a short conversation with him. His heart is good. Great company for all your construction needs... I recently went to them to have my chimney removed and they did a great job in a timely fashion. All of my questions were answered and they did a great job cleaning up my yard afterwards to make sure there was no pieces of brick in the yard that my dog could get at. I've used Couto Construction two times now (Roof & Chimney) and I was very pleased with the work. Thanks to Sean McKenna for helping me out both times you're surely an asset to the team.
