We wanted a quality product, good workmanship and reasonable pricing ( hard to find today) the quality of the windows is outstanding and we are very pleased with how they look, not only on the inside, but the outside as well with our siding neatly replaced & very attractive window trim. The whole transaction with Couto was outstanding -from the sales rep ( Sean) who was so polite, respectful & informative, to the office staff ( again so pleasant & helpful) to the installers .(Logan & Andrew ) who were extremely talented & meticulous with the installation of the windows. They explained everything they were doing & why, asked me if I had any questions, constantly checked with me to make sure I was comfortable with virtually ever step or adjustment, etc. I simply can Not convey how polite & professional EVERY SINGLE PERSON was, that I had. contact with. The supplies were delivered & neatly stored in the back yard, before setting up the outside work station, we were asked permission for the area we preferred, ALL debris was cleared away EVERY day-both inside and outside -including vacuuming the floors. They truly were amazing, and their workmanship top notch professional. Again, I can't say enough how pleasant, polite & helpful the entire staff was, and what an enjoyable experience it was. The project manager (Carlos) even came to check on the progress-so helpful & patient & informative! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing ANY kind of work-I know I certainly will in the future & im soooo glad I found them. Caesar and his team showed up very early on 7/5/21 to complete the roof installation. They worked almost a 10 hour day and returned a few days later to complete one last minimal task. I commend them that they kept the environment clean. I have dogs so I was worried about nails and other materials in the backyard however did not run into any issues. Caesar came back about a week later to pick up any left over materials from the driveway and left a voicemail letting me know. He was always responsive when I called or texted him and I appreciated that. Would highly recommend this company if you need your roof repaired or redone. I had interviewed 3 other companies before Couto and when John B came out to the home and completed his assessment of our needs, it was the most accurate and made the most sense so I had to go with them. The price was the highest however quality, warranty, and again a thorough assessment was the reason I chose this company. I'm just waiting to hear back from John about my promised restaurant gift card now haha Thank you guys for the great work!
