Project Superintendent Position
- Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour
- Experience: Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Type: Full-time, In-person, Day shift, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct project walkthroughs with customers and crews for job clarity
- Coordinate field crews & service teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project materials and oversee logistics for on-time completion
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
- Meet with building departments for inspections and compliance
- Be an expert communicator bridging the gap between customers, crews, and management
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently
- Exceptional customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crews & customers
- Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle)
Compensation:
Pay range for this position is between $25-35/hour, depending on experience.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn incentives and project commissions.
