As marketing coordinator, you will deliver our brand and our message across all platforms. You’re a social media maven with experience running social media accounts (crafting catchy posts is your thing!) You’re comfortable behind the camera and will visit job sites to capture drone and camera footage of our projects, as well as testimonials of our customers speaking highly of our brand. Creativity is your middle name and you’re excited to design ads, graphics, edit your camera work and bring our vision to life across all of our marketing mediums. Responsibilities
-Develop high quality, engaging social media content/print media/video/graphics that adhere to brand standards on time and on budget
-Manage the posting of social media content and develop creative for monthly planning of social media calendar
-Manage brand reputation by responding to all customer reviews and keeping track of them in company spreadsheet
-Manage communications with customers via Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Business page, etc.
-Manage monthly marketing spend and update monthly reporting with expenses
-Plan video shoots and photo shoots and edit footage to meet the specific needs of Couto Construction. Travel to local job sites for footage is required (20-30%)
-Plan, Coordinate, set up and breakdown of all events (Home Shows, local fairs and festivals, etc.)
-Creative writing for TV and radio.
-Working closely with our website management team to keep our digital presence fresh
-Manage recruitment efforts to bring exceptional people to our brand
-Maintain organized company database of computer files/artwork
-Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Social media management experience preferred
· Exceptional Typographic/Graphic Designer
· Adobe Creative Cloud (In design, photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
· Proficiency in Excel
· Effective and Respectful Communicator
· Well organized
· Exceptional Team Player
