Appointment Center Representative

If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and working in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is perfect for you. (Must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese)

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year + Commission pay
Experience: 1 year
Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with homeowners and providing outstanding customer service.
Schedule appointments for project consultations and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
Coordinate with project managers, field staff, and customers to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
Maintain and update customer records and appointment details in our database.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.
