Just want to give a big shout out to Kylie, for pointing my grandmother in the right direction in getting gutter guards. She had a major issue with her gutters and called Couto originally to get her gutters replaced. We received a great quote and moved forward with new gutters and gutter guards!! I called Couto Construction to get an estimate on gutter repair 3 months ago, my agent Kylie informed me that they do not repair gutters they replace them. I didn�t need a new replacement I wanted a repair for 2 downspouts. I sent Kylie photos of my scope of work and within 4 hours she got me a perfect quote. Moved forward that same day. The entire process from start to finish took 2 and a half weeks. Kylie has outstanding communication I have her set call backs for me every 2 weeks just to check in if anything else needs to be repaired especially with this crazy weather we�ve been having.
