Contractors were great to work with, responded well to my comments and questions. Only issue was some minor construction debris not cleaned up in my yard afterwards.

I'm so impressed. We noticed what might be a hole in the roof next to the chimney. No water (yet). Called Couto to come out and Tiler showed up. He went into the attic checked it all out. Had a water meter checking for possible leaks. Tiler said he found nothing significant and that we should keep an eye on it just in case. He could have told us anything but Couto from Tiler were incredibly honest. I will call them back in a heartbeat if anything does come up or we need any other exterior work.
