While they were unable to take on my job, estimator Jose was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He even took time to fly his drone up to get a closer look at the rot damage on my roof/wood chimney, which was really helpful. I would definitely consider this company for future needs.
Sean came over to inspect my roof. Showed me the damage on the roof and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a choice to upgrade the Material, I took it . He explained the process . Very polite and friendly. The next day I got a call from Jessica r. She went over everything that Sean said . I asked her is there a way to get someone out to put a tarp over the hole . I told her the weather is coming this week and I really needed this done at least with a tarp cover until my date of repair. Jan 3rd the earliest maybe dec 28th . She said she would call me back . When she did she said she spoke to the project manager Carlos . He told her he could do the job that day that they had time. She seamed surprised on the phone . Carlos and his crew Logan and Kevin arrived at my house . Finished the job and was gone without a crumb left behind. You would never know they were there , not even a piece of wood or shingle anywhere in the yard. Jessica called me to let me know the job was done.
