Fernando Olivera is an excellent sales person. He listened to my concerns and addressed them in an appropriate manner. The Couto Construction Company will help your family, Fernando and Rob immediately came over, went directly to the roof, inspected it, and noticed excessive heat was trapped in there and suggested more venting on the roof so it could breathe/vent properly. In addition, they fixed our chimney which was damp. They had explained the type of shingles that they were going to use and how the process worked. The 50 year guarantee was an added bonus, the roofing was done overall in a beautiful fashion, hard workmanship, and great work ethic. Overall recommend to anyone 10/10. Great job and honest people.
