The crew were proper professionals. They communicated clearly and adapted to overcome a number of logistics issues with vendors to deliver high quality work in a low stress environment. They carefully cultivated a culture of trust which was hard to find when I was searching for a contractor. Couto did what they said they were going to do, and when they said they would. When encountering supply chain issues, they presented other possibilities to achieve the overall goal and gave you the proper perspective to make educated decisions based on realistic timelines. My whole project could have been complicated by the circumstances of supply shortage but they made real time decisions that prevented any backlog of project elements. They are uniquely positioned as a one-stop shop to draw on extensive expertise to in the developing of strategies, safe best practices, and tools for crews operating in an ever changing environment of supply and execution. The guys Joe and Devin removed an existing chimney and repaired some damage roof shingles from a previous wind storm. The guys presented themselves in a very professional manner assuring that everything would be taken care of. They even looked at a few other details and made me aware of them. For future issues if the may arise. I would most certainly recommend the company and the workers for any home roofing repairs.

The staff of Couto Construction was professional, informative, polite and kept me constantly in the loop of what was happening. After the town denied the permit for a roof (saying there was asbestos - wrong!), Couto Construction proved to the town that there was NO asbestos - and the roof was done in a day! Richie was there to check on the progress of the roof, instructed the crew about cleanup -- it was a great job, priced right, and the cleanup was amazing!!! Kudos to Couto Construction!
The team replaced all of the trim- rakes, corner boards, etc and installed brand new gutters on our entire home. The team was Jason, Joseph, and Josimar. Each day they were prompt, responsive and very pleasant to work with! It was a big job and they were very efficient- It was completed within a week-even before the Thanksgiving holiday! They addressed all of our questions in a timely fashion and cleaned up the entire worksite, leaving it neat each day. Extremely pleased with the workmanship and the great job the guys did.
