Roof looks really nice, and was a quick install. The project manager, Richie Zaffiri, was awesome. We are newer home owners and, as such, had lots of questions and concerns and he was quick to ease our nerves and came personally after the job was done to inspect and ensure we were happy with the final product. Salesman John, showed me all the areas of concern on his IPad after going up on the roof. The two other quotes I got didn't do that. The dumpster and supplies were delivered two days before the job and picked up the day after the job was done. Three professional roofers cleaned up the yard when they were done. This is a totally professional company from the father, the son, Brian, and the roofers. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
Selecting the best company to put a new roof on your home, especially as a first time home buyer, is a daunting task made simple and easy by Couto Construction. I was first met by Dan Ferreira, Estimator, who was extremely knowledgeable about Owens Corning. He took his time and both explained and showed me exactly how my new roof would be put onto my home. Whenever I had any questions about the project or financing, I called Couto Construction and spoke with Michelle, Karen or Mariana, who were always kind and helpful. On the first day of the project, I met Cesar Botelho, Project Supervisor, and he introduced me to the entire work crew. For the entire project, the line of communication was always open. I received photos via the GroupMe app showing every step of the roofing process as well as a couple of phone calls from Cesar with updates. Upon completion of the roof, the hardworking crew made sure to clean my yard and picked up all debris. I would highly recommend Couto Construction not only for their workmanship, but also their customer care and communication. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with Couto Construction and their entire crew!
So pleased with this company! Had gutter guards installed, egress windows fixed, roof patched, supporting board reinforced on deck. Today Justin and Caesar removed a chimney that was not being used. They took care not to damage property and are making the house look like the chimney was never there. I never have to worry about them cleaning up. Highly recommend !!
Start to finish with Couto Construction was 5 star! The sent a representative out in a very timely manner after heavy snow and rain to assess issues water issues we were having on our recently purchased home. Given the condition and age of the roof, we needed a full replacement. They worked hard to communicate with our insurance company on our behalf and kept us in communication on everything. We initially thought it would take weeks for the project to start but were pleasantly surprised that the roof install happened less than a week after the order went in!
Terrific experience. They came and renovated my bathroom. Did exactly what we wanted and the job came out looking terrific.
