Everything was great right from the start to the end. Sean (salesman) came to house to give me a quote. He was very professional, had all the products that were to be used with him and explained the entire process from start to finish. Next the office called me to confirm the quote was accepted and once again explain the entire project and gave me an estimate of 2 to 3 weeks for the project to begin and that I would be getting another call to confirm when the exact date would be. I got a call a few days later to schedule the job in 2 weeks. Day of the job work crew showed up exactly on time, they did an excellent job, were very respectful of my property and kept everything super clean and organized. Brian (job foreman) answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He came back the next day after job was complete to inspect one last time and make sure I was satisfied and there were no outstanding issues. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to hire Couto Construction again.

Exceptional Service! The crew went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted with my roof. The presentation was incredible and very helpful with all the sale techniques and details that their representative showed me. My project manager Carlos was amazing when it came to being on point with every little detail. The crew worked great under his supervision. The clean up job at the end left my house looking better than before they started. I will use this company everytime I need anything external done with my house. First off I want to say that my experience was great. From Morgan in the office helping with the process to Mariana and then landed the ultimate blessing with Ceasar. As a business owner myslef, you come to appreciate customer service to the level it should be given at. Our world lacks this right now and today I was given an experience that sets this company apart from any other. Cesar was punctual with his team. Communicated all aspects with me throughout the day. I felt like I was on the roof with him. He was honest with me and to the customer that speaks volumes. You can't put a price on someone who is genuine and honest and treats you with how you would want to be treated if you were the customer. He is a true asset to couto and they are Blessed to have him. I would hands down recommend to book couto and request Cesar as your project manager. I will promise you that you will not be disappointed. He will take your worries and concerns away and put you at ease and you can trust him. I feel very fortunate to have met him today and shared a short conversation with him. His heart is good. From start to finish I had a great experience with Couto. We had Sean come to the house and give us an estimate for the job. He was very professional and took the time to explain the 3 different options we had and found the right fit for our needs/budget. The job was done in one day from start to finish. Our Project Coordinator Cesar was very helpful as I was at work the day of the job. He stayed in touch throughout the day with phone calls and texts, and even provided me with picture and video updates! I would highly recommend Couto Construction to friends and family without thinking about it
From start to finish, my experience with Couto Construction was a true pleasure. We worked together on the price after the initial estimate and their communication was excellent throughout the process. From the start of my project until the very end, all of the folks at Couto Construction were knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely courteous. Ricky and his team did a fantastic job customizing and installing my bay widows and enclosing my breezeway. The custom vinyl siding they installed looks spectacular, and Mark and his team (Luis, Tyler, Kevin and Dan) worked hard to make sure my metal roof was just as I envisioned. The project manager Carlos made sure everything came together and that my dreams came true!
